Demo Board Program - NXTLVL Marine

The Pro Shop offers a “Try before you buy” program with all of our wakesurf boards!

This allows customers to jump into a program and learn more about wake surfing and the different kinds of boards that the sport has to offer. This gives you the opportunity to try three different boards from the shop to use for three months (one board at a time), so you can find your unique riding style and the equipment that suits you best.

Demo Program Guidelines

NXTLVL Marine Privacy Policy

Put down a $200 deposit. And you’re able to try three boards, one at a time. There is a maximum of 2 weeks per board. Making the demo program maximum 6 weeks long.
Once you pick the board you liked the most the $200 deposit goes towards the purchase or the board.
If you damage the board you are responsible for the cost of repairing it through our repair team, and if it’s broken beyond repair you are responsible for the entire cost of the board.

A. DEMO AND RELEASE AGREEMENT

I accept for use AS IS the equipment listed on this form, and accept full financial responsibility for the care of the equipment while it is
in my possession. I will be responsible for replacement at full value of any equipment rented under this form, but not returned to the
Wakeshop. I agree to return all rented equipment by the agreed date. I understand that water sports such as wakeboarding, wake
skating, wake surfing, knee boarding, water skiing and other recreational activities involve inherent and other risks of INJURY and DEATH.

I voluntarily agree to expressly assume all risks of injury or death that may result from or which relate in any way to the use of this equipmentI AGREE TO RELEASE NXTLVL Marine and the Pro Shop from any and all liability for injury, death, property loss and damage which results from equipment user’s participation in water related sports.

B. EQUIPMENT RENTAL AGREEMENT

I accept for use in its AS IS condition the equipment listed on this form and accept full financial responsibility for its care while it is in my possession. I will be responsible for the replacement, at full retail value, of any equipment rented under this agreement which is not returned. I agree to return all rental equipment on the agreed date, in clean condition, to avoid additional charges. I have made no misrepresentations to NXTLVL Marine Pro Shop in regard to my identity.

The Instructions on the use of my rental equipment were made clear to me and I fully understand the function of my equipment. I agree the equipment will be used for the purpose of wakeboarding, wakeskating, wakesurfing, kneeboarding, water skiing and other recreational activities. I agree there are no warranties, express or implied, which have been made to me concerning the equipment.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT BY SIGNING THIS FORM, I GRANT FULL AUTHORITY FOR NXTLVL MARINE PRO SHOP TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE FULL PRICE OF THE DEMO EQUIPMENT AS LISTED ON THE DEMO FORM IF NOT RETURNED BY AGREED DATE.

By signing, I understand and agree to all terms of the NXTLVL Marine Pro Shop Product Demo Agreement and/or payment obligations. I willingly authorize NXTLVL Marine Pro Shop to charge my credit card account for all equipment not returned and/ or any damages incurred to rental equipment per Pro Shop’s discretion.
